We had a large master bedroom re-power stretched, & the carpets in that room, plus 3 others cleaned. The person that did both the repair & cleaning was Danny. He was very professional & efficient. I never would have believed it! 8/23/2016

These folks have saved the day quite a few times for me recently with carpet repairs & cleaning! Between the sale of a house & purchase of a new house they have corrected problems that I thought were hopeless! The most recent trip involved huge rust stains discovered when moving metal file cabinets out of a carpeted room. (Apparently a water problem at some point over a 10 yr period) I was certain the carpet was trashed & had remnants on hand for replacement. They were able to completely remove the stains!! The carpet did not need to be repaired & cleaned up looking brand new!!!! more

Fantastic service & quality. 8/21/2016

My carpet cleaning this past Saturday was fantastic. The technician, Dan, called as promised a half hour before arriving and was right on time. He cleaned the carpeting in three large rooms, plus a small couch, in just over 2 hours. It was the first time we had our carpets cleaned and there were several areas badly soiled. Dan was able to treat the areas and get them clean. We were extremely impressed with the quality of his work and will definitely make this an annual event. Arrived on time, assessed what was to be done and proceeded to clean all carpets as promised. After a day they looked great again and ready for the next tenant. Carpeting takes a beating in rental property, but Phoenix Carpet Repair restored this carpet to last another 2 years without replacement. more

I am very impressed with the service and professionalism of Phoenix Carpet Repair & Cleaning. I have used them twice. Each time I receive a prompt call back or email when making my reservation. Followed by a written estimate for the repair. Neither time have I been charged additional fees. The recent repair was for stretching of my carpet. Danny did an AWESOME job of re-stretching the carpet. It was a 200% improvement. He is a true carpet professional that has been in the business for 16+ years ---and is shows! He was very diligent about making sure the carpet was laying properly. In addition to that he was very customer oriented and polite! What a pleasant surprise..... I highly recommend Danny's and Phoenix Carpet Repair & Cleaning services!!! more

Excellent experience 7/28/2016

We had pet damaged carpet and I called for a quote. After a thorough review of what was needed we scheduled our appt. I got an e-mail telling me who my service person would be and he arrived on time. He repaired our carpet and had all the tools with him to do a beautiful job. He even vacuumed the area. I would definitely recommend Phoenix Carpet Repair. more
