Danny did an amazing job repairing the two spots where my dog had destroyed. This was the second time she had pulled the carpet up and tore up the padding. He replaced the padding, pieced in a new piece of carpet and repaired the edge of the stairs from leftover scraps we had. Additionally, we had him clean the carpets as well. My carpets look just like the day we moved in. Thank you Danny!!! more

We had a room where the carpet needed to be stretched and where an area rug had transferred sticky tape to the carpet. Two problems in one room. Danny stretched the area back down and removed the excess carpet. Then he pre-treated the area where the tape had left residue before he cleaned the carpet in the room. My dog tore up a section of carpet. I called Phx Carpet repair and was given a quote of $180. The rep was at the house on time which was an hour after my call. He was in and out quickly and the carpet looks great. Final bill matched quote exactly. more

I was very surprised when I called, talked to Kim and was told they would come out that day. Danny was the tech that come out. He was very professional, did a fantastic job, and I was very pleased with the end result. My pup ripped a hole in the carpet and I thought I would have to replace the carpet, but the results were great. Used them twice. First job was big (over 1K dollars). Did a great job so we called for job two. Well, the job was far smaller, simple cleaning. I received multiple calls for payment on that Saturday, but was not available to answer. Another call Monday while at work. Stopped by the job site before calling them back and...an absolute terrible job. It looked as though the "tech" took about 5 minutes and split. Told them this. Kim was apologetic, and offered to have the job redone. OK, great. Nope, the owner got on speaker phone, and was concerned with one thing - his payment. I said the job was a joke "we normally get paid at the time of service". I told him good thing I stopped by and checked, I guess. "we normally get paid immediately. I will send someone out...I am asking a very simple question (nice to get sarcasm from the owner): when we call for payment will we get it?". Does garbage work, and is more concerned about payment, regardless the fact I already paid him over 1K for a previous job, and this job was horrible! Long story short, the same tech went out and, lo and behold, did a pretty good job! Bottom line, they will get away with what they can. If I'd have paid, and couldn't check the work, oh well... more
