Russ is awesome. He took what turned out to be a problem carpet and through hard work and perseverance got it stretched. It looks great. This is the second time I have had Russ in to do carpet work on different rooms, he is awesome! I highly recommend Russ and Phoenix Carpet Repair. more

My carpet was coming apart where it meets the tile and the tack strip nails were poking everyone's feet. 5/16/2016

The repair was perfect ,they stretched and re did the transition area and the end result was awsom ! No more nails In the feet the transition was perfect! I would recommend them to anyone who needs carpet repair. more

Russ did a great job and my carpets look brand new! 5/12/2016

Russ drove all the way over from Goodyear to my house in San Tan Valley and got started stretching two rooms of carpet and repaired two rooms where my cat had damaged the carpet at the threshold. I was at work when he arrived so my daughter-in-law let him in and left. The air conditioner wasn't on as no one was living in the home at the time but he didn't complain. I turned it on when I got there, two hours later! He did a great job and my carpets look brand new. more

After much research on what the fabric content was the tech did a great job. It was good that they care enough to check on fabric response if sofa does not have tags indicating fabric make-up. I would recommend. more
