They did a fantastic job at a house I had just purchased. Danny is the man. The carpet in the living room and dining room was badly bunched up and had waves in it. Danny re-stretched it first and then cleaned it and had it looking brand new. Do not hesitate to go with these guys. I highly recommend them. more

Our carpet had some pet damage at several entryway points in our house. The technician Dan, came out right on time, and was very professional. Dan did a superb job. He was able to stretch the carpet when I was sure patching would be required. Dan's experience and professionalism speaks for itsself, as he left the carpet looking better than the day we moved in. I would highly recommend this company and Dan for any repair work. If it was possible to give a higher than 5 star raiting, I would. more

The staff were polite, responsive and timely. The outcome, however was not very satisfactory. The rug did not appear appreciatively cleaned and some areas of fiber pulled up immediately. It's possible that they did the best they could with an old rug, but it did not seem improved and was expensive. We would just like to add to this review that you confirmed on the phone today the snags we repaired are not in fact the snags that pulled up after delivery. As for the cleaning part of the service, the area rug is 24 years old and has only been cleaned 1 time other than our cleaning. Rug experts do recommend annual cleaning and a deep cleaning of an area rug once every 3-5 years. We do feel like we did the best we could with the condition the rug was in when we picked it up. I will forward everything over to the owner and will communicate with you from there on what we can do at this point. more

As animal lovers and the parents of two very active elementary school aged boys we have found ourselves in need of carpet repair and patching more times than we would like to admit in recent years. We found Phoenix Carpet through Rosie on the House. While we have leveraged and been pleased with other Rosie recommended contractors we have to say Phoenix Carpet has been by far the easiest to make an appointment with, most pleasant to speak with and quick to service. They are reasonably priced professionals who perform high quality work at the speed of light!! Whether repair is needed on the seam or in the middle of the carpet, their work is so good no one can tell where the repair was done! Their work and customer service are truly remarkable!
