Our carpet had some pet damage at several entryway points in our house. The technician Dan, came out right on time, and was very professional. Dan did a superb job. He was able to stretch the carpet when I was sure patching would be required. Dan's experience and professionalism speaks for itsself, as he left the carpet looking better than the day we moved in.
