Awesome Job 12/21/2016

I called Phoenix Carpet Repair to repair a seam in the carpet at my elderly mother's house in Sun City as it was coming apart and becoming a safety issue. They came quickly, did extra work they did not charge for to help her out and were professional, on time and did a very good job. Fantastic Results & Customer Service 12/14/2016

Dan from Phoenix Carpet repair & cleaning came out to clean & stretch 3 bedrooms in our house. The Master had the worst carpet ripples. The outcome was fantastic & though a couple adjustments were needed after everything dried and settled, Robert came out for follow up to handle that for complete overall perfection. Their professionalism & desire to leave the customer satisfied was much appreciated. I would definitely recommend them. Couldn't be better! 12/14/2016

Phoenix Carpet Repair and Cleaning picked up our carpet, cleaned it beautifully, held on to it for a couple of months and then delivered it to our new home. A friendly professional job 12/11/2016

The guys showed up on time (called 30 mins ahead to let us know they were on their way), explained exactly what they were going to do, worked up an exact quote before they started and did a great job. We had 2 rooms that needed carpet stretching and when they finished they vacuumed both rooms and went over the bill in detail. Red stained carpet is no more! 12/3/2016

It went very well from the scheduling, reminders sent via email, a call the morning of the appointment advising me of the expected time of arrival, and the carpet repair. Robert explained what he was doing as well as shared his insight on the condition of my carpeting as a whole. I appreciated the work he did and the tips he shared. Highly recommend! 11/30/2016

I had some pet damage to my carpet that needed repair. Robert showed up, walked me through the process and explained what he would be doing. He made a stressful situation stress free and the carpet looks great! Also, I love how he was explaining his business and how to provide great customer service. Such as emailing you a picture of the tech, name badges, etc. I thought it was very professional and personal. Will definitely use them for any future issues. Pet Damage 11/28/2016
