Excelent Customer Service 4/18/2016

We called Friday morning. We needed a section of carpet stretched and a section of carpet repaired. Got an appointment for later Friday morning. Called us and actually showed up earlier than scheduled. Explained everything they were going to do. They did the work and it was excellent. Would recommend them to our family and friends. Excellent carpet cleaning 3/29/2016

After kids running through the house and leaving makes on the the carpet, I had the carpet cleaned. My carpet now looks like a brand new carpet. The technician was quick and the work done was superb. Will definitely recommend. more

Had carpets cleaned they look like new. Had tile and grout cleaned as well, looks good, the grout didn't come as clean as I thought it would but still happy with everything. Will be using again more

Carpet Repaired 3/25/2016

Would definitely recommend, without hesitation. I had them repair a spot where the master carpet meets the master bath tile. The carpet was coming up and I kept stepping on the tack strip through the carpet. He arrived early (after calling to make sure that was acceptable - how great is that!?!), looked at my repair and explained what he was going to do to fix the problem. He even had a "Plan B" if that repair was not satisfactory. I was so happy with the results I am going to try them for carpet more

I give Phoenix Carpet Cleaning and Repair credit for going the extra mile to satisfy their customers. I just feel that the person who did the cleaning should have known better to leave it with the brush lines showing. more

I experienced the immediate need for carpet repair due to some other flooring I was having installed. The folks at Phoenix Carpet and Repair were very courteous and understanding of my situation. They also worked with me around my schedule. The completed work was great and it was done in the estimated time frame. I would use them again. more
