I am very impressed with the service and professionalism of Phoenix Carpet Repair & Cleaning. I have used them twice. Each time I receive a prompt call back or email when making my reservation. Followed by a written estimate for the repair. Neither time have I been charged additional fees. The recent repair was for stretching of my carpet. Danny did an AWESOME job of re-stretching the carpet. It was a 200% improvement. He is a true carpet professional that has been in the business for 16+ years ---and is shows! He was very diligent about making sure the carpet was laying properly. In addition to that he was very customer oriented and polite! What a pleasant surprise..... I highly recommend Danny's and Phoenix Carpet Repair & Cleaning services!!!
