As usual, I felt like a queen when I was at Nutur. Getting my hair colored or cut is always a positive experience there. It is always relaxing and pleasant and I am always pleased with the outcome. The staff is awesome. I would highly recommend this salon! more

When I walked in I was greeted by the staff at the from desk by name ask if I wanted a beverage. Great shampooed by Kristen, great massage & Shampoo. John did my blow out, I usually go to Jennifer,she was not available but she came out to great me and speak to me. I was email in advance to confirm my appointmetn. Overall I recommend this Nurtur to friends & family. One of the things you need to do with the mani & pedi room is to make it a less noisy place. Lauren is great but clients in the room tend to yak, yak yak. Put a sign up this is a SPA area, no cell phones. Because on Lane Ave. you have a Nail Envy, pedis are $30.00, walk in and they are good. more

i got highlights that were well done. not the best i've ever had for %60, but i'm pleased. They took the time to make sure i was happy I got highlights that were well done for $60. I had Amanda do the highlights and Levi shampoo and blow me out. They both made sure I was getting what I wanted, and Levi put in the extra time to make sure I was happy with the end result more

Great stylist, but front desk services? 11/21/2011

Love my stylist (five stars for her), but the consistency of the front desk staff leaves a lot to be desired. No consitency on the amount charged for services, asking about next appointment schedule, what to include in the bill (what to include a gratuity with that? how hard is it to remember to ask that every time?). more

I love Nurtur! For pretty much the same price of any salon, I go to Nurtur, get complimentary tea, wash, cut, style, and quality products, plus a free mini-facial or hand/arm massage! I recommend Mariel (hair) & Shara (waxing) highly! more

Excellent Cut & Color, Every Time. 11/15/2011

I've gone to Nurtur for the last two years and have consistently come out with a great color and cut from Leah. She is professional, friendly, and does a great job. My only complaint is the people who work the front desk. Some of them can act a little snobby. Sure, it's Upper Arlington, but that doesn't mean I want poor service. more
