This salon is wonderful for customer service, pampering, and relaxing. I enjoy my time while I am there. They give a little extra to every service they provide. The staff is professional. I will definitely recommend this salon to friends and family. more

I have been going to Shara for a few months and I love her. She is great at waxing and it never hurts. Her demeanor is awesome and I feel like she is a friend rather than someone I just go get a service from. I would definitely recommend her. more

Selective service 12/21/2011

When other customers walked in the door they were offered a beverage and assisted is selecting a purchase. I felt like chopped liver. Not only did I have to request tea after my purchase was completed but was left alone trying to make decisions. Not a good experience for me that day. The only reason I went in was because I needed the products and was at that shopping center. more

Facial and Haircut 12/19/2011

Hi there, I always have a good experience. Twicw in my years of coming to Aveda there have been issues with the front desk at Lane Avenue. They both involved scheduling. The first time, I had to go somewhere else and get my haircut. That was a nightmare. This past weekend they had me down for the right time but the wrong person to cut my hair. It is not personal, but I really do prefer for the same person to cut my hair. Without getting specific it was an error yet again on the part of the front desk. I love my facials and haircuts and will continue to be a customer as long as I am scheduled with the same people. I only tipped the person that did my facial that day because that was who was supposed to do it. more

Relaxing Experience 12/15/2011

I arrived in town after a two hour drive for a dinner meeting. I scheduled my visit prior to my meeting and was so glad I did. I was greeted in a pleasant manner and directed to a relaxing area for a massage followed by a new experience in a shampoo in a reclining fashion and facial. What a calming experience and my haircut was great. I will return in the future! more
