Hi there, I always have a good experience. Twicw in my years of coming to Aveda there have been issues with the front desk at Lane Avenue. They both involved scheduling. The first time, I had to go somewhere else and get my haircut. That was a nightmare. This past weekend they had me down for the right time but the wrong person to cut my hair. It is not personal, but I really do prefer for the same person to cut my hair. Without getting specific it was an error yet again on the part of the front desk. I love my facials and haircuts and will continue to be a customer as long as I am scheduled with the same people. I only tipped the person that did my facial that day because that was who was supposed to do it.
