After a VERY long day of apartment hunting (you all know what I mean if you've been out there looking), we stumbled across NY Living Solutions while walking our dog in the neighborhood. I popped in and had a 10-minute conversation with Jared D. Paletti about what kind of apartment we were looking for. He was friendly, asked all the right questions, was optimistic about the availability of something in our price range, and mostly left us feeling like we were in good hands. \r
My husband met with Jared two days later and while he only had two places to show us, they were EXACTLY right. Both were great options. Both were within our budget. Jared had really heard us. He respected what we had told him about our needs and expectations. A true professional who never once seemed like he was in it for the fee (which by the way is only a month's rent rather than 15%). \r
We just signed our lease and move into our new place next week. If I could sum up our experience, I would say it was quick, completely painless, and the whole time we felt like we were a priority. For example, we needed to change the date of our lease-signing due to a work conflict and Jared made it happen. He's the best and I highly recommend working with him!
