It was aweful. on the phone they said $125 for the estimating the repair. Once in the dealer, it became $250! Then, they found the issue with electrical, they said it going to be fixed for $300 including... I left the Toyota of Bellevue with almost $800 bill which they just reset a switch and computer code!!! they had comments on the report that they told me how to fix the floor mat and it's dangerous... totally false. Never mentioned anything about floor mat. I ask them to check the brake pads and they forgot. The guys said, I don't see any notes here so they are good (but our brake make noise and need either replacement or something else)... at the end if you can avoid Toyota in general do avoid. They do the job well. They don't rip you off. They don't try to get you to buy something extra. They provide great accommodations (ipads, shuttle service to another location, tv, cookies, etc.) while you wait for service to be done on your vehicle. more

Unethical Toyota Dealer 1/25/2014

On July 16, 2012, I purchased a 2005 Toyota Tundra from Michael’s Toyota of Bellevue Washington automobile dealership (“the dealer”) for $19,184 based on the following information provided by the dealer: it was advertised as accident free in excellent condition; a comprehensive vehicle safety inspection (CVSI) report stating the truck was accident free and a repair invoice for minor work done on the basis of it; a Kelley Blue Book (KKB) valuation of $20,510 in a declaration to my credit union; and a Carfax report stating the truck is accident free.\r After driving the truck for ten months and 6,500 miles, the rear tires were unevenly worn out. Another Toyota dealer diagnosed the problem as a bent rear axle housing and bent right rear shock absorber above the bent housing. The repairs were made at a cost of $2,837. \r I contacted the dealer who offered to pay $1,526 toward the repair cost, which I accepted. \r But in the course of completing the axle housing replacement, additiona more

The greeter was very nice and professional. After that, it went downhill. My car took 1.5 hours for a scheduled oil change. I was even 15 minutes early getting there. The young man who came to finally get me to tell me my car was done vaguely pointed at the door when I asked him where the car was. When I got to the car, the passenger front seat was laid all the way down, as if someone had taken a nap in my car! more
