This is my first time to buy a car in my life. Of course, I have a lot of worry about the process and how to ask questions about the car since I am not a car geek. Although i can speak English but I prefer to speak Vietnamese since that will help me understand easily about the car and features and feel more comfortable in making a decision to buy. Luckily, Michael's Toyota of Bellevue has the Vietnamese sale man - Kevin Nguyen - and I called to schedule an appointment with him. The experience went well. My mom came with me to purchase the car (of course she does not speak English). She had a great time to pick the car, test drive, paperwork, etc... We did not feel pressure and we have a great time at the dealer. So speaking in Vietnamese is great and my mom and I were happy when asking about the car with Kevin. The finance part was good. Mr. Murphy explained to us well enough. He was professional. He was friendly and listened to us. We originally did not think to get everything done on the same day on our first appointment. It turned out we decided to buy our new car on that day. This is a good dealer. Thanks Liem more

Service was friendly and reasonably efficient more

My fiance took my car in to get a dash light addressed. Happy that it was covered by warranty but she said that the employee bhind the hospitality desk was annoyed that she asked for a water and promptly went back to doing her word search. Also, she said the process that she had to go through to get a old beat up corolla for a loaner car was a lot of wasted time filling out forms that made her late for work. Maybe we could get this stuff on file or something so in the future we can avoid this wasted time? more

It was easy to set up a schedule to get my vehicle serviced. Everything was supposed to be done in a day but the individual who was supposed to repair my vehicle was injured (third party individual) and my repairs were delayed. Unfortunately it was on Friday so I did not get my vehicle back until Tuesday. When I went to go pick up my vehicle, the Toyota of Bellevue staff was unable to locate my car. I think this was due to the fact that they did not communicate with the rest of the team as to where the car was parked. The staff tried to make it easy for me to pick up my car by parking it out front but failed to notify me or the rest of the staff. Other than that, everything went great and I was not charged for any service done on my vehicle. more

I have been going to Muchael's Toyoto since 1991 and have always had wonderful service.. They are even better now in their new facility with the comfortable waiting room and the chocloate chip cookies. I would not even think of going anyplace else. more

Vehicle service is on time and good more

I had a problem with the BSM on my Camry so made an appointment to bring it in. The dealer was able to find the problem, and on the same visit, take care of a 20K service, and a recent recall. more

I will not give a higher rating because the problem with the gas gauge, miles to go indicator, etc has NOT been fixed so that it operates like it did before - ie. correctly indicated what it is supposed to. AND I was told that "it is working as it should". more

I continue to get my car serviced at Michael's TOB because my experience there is always top notch. The people are courteous and professional. They communicate well and I never feel like I am being pressured to be upsold. They are realistic and honest about timing and the complimentary coffee and wifi are nice perks. more
