This is my first time to buy a car in my life. Of course, I have a lot of worry about the process and how to ask questions about the car since I am not a car geek. Although i can speak English but I prefer to speak Vietnamese since that will help me understand easily about the car and features and feel more comfortable in making a decision to buy.
Luckily, Michael's Toyota of Bellevue has the Vietnamese sale man - Kevin Nguyen - and I called to schedule an appointment with him. The experience went well. My mom came with me to purchase the car (of course she does not speak English). She had a great time to pick the car, test drive, paperwork, etc... We did not feel pressure and we have a great time at the dealer. So speaking in Vietnamese is great and my mom and I were happy when asking about the car with Kevin.
The finance part was good. Mr. Murphy explained to us well enough. He was professional. He was friendly and listened to us.
We originally did not think to get everything done on the same day on our first appointment. It turned out we decided to buy our new car on that day. This is a good dealer.
