Great Service! Eddie was awesome! 7/22/2013

All around outstanding service. I arrived and was attended to right away. I was told the full service would take around an hour, so I had no problems going to get coffee. I hear back from Eddie 45 minutes later informing me of the brake work that needed to be done. I was unable to have it done that day but Eddie had no problem re-scheduling that work for another day. Eddie also explained to me what was going on in a way that a person without any extensive knowledge on cars could understand, which is extremely helpful in my decision making. The service was a great value considering everything was checked and my car was washed. Not often does one feel like they are driving away with a new car after a simple routine oil change! more

I am so grateful that Toyota knows how to take care of my car. They do it with efficiency and honesty from the moment they greet you to check out time. My car is in good hands and because I am driving for at least three hours a day, my life is in safe hands too. Thank you for making customer service #1. more

15,000 mile warranty service 7/2/2013

Great - organized, comfortable waiting area, honest service, wash car after service Not so great - I waited about 2 1/2 hours when I was told it would be an hour or hour and a half. Had an appointment. more
