Quick diagnosis of safety problem and quick repair 6/30/2013

My 2003 Toyota Prius had been rear-ended in an accident. Was "repaired" by a non-Toyota shop replacing rear axle. Took it to Michaels when the car was completed. They immediately discovered major defects in the repair and at my request sent the car to a body shop they recommended to fix major structural issues resulting from the accident and the "repair". The body shop was terrific and recommended repairs which saved over $1000 in cost. Two days later they returned the car to Michaels where a tire and other items were quickly fixed and we picked up the car that afternoon. Car is like news. Absolutely terrific service. more

Timely and efficient 6/15/2013

Had a check light on and needed routine service. Got a prompt appointment and the work was done as scheduled and UNDER estimate. The Check light was a trivial problem, so I wasn't charged for the repair. The kind of result I expect from Michael's. more

with out of your appointment they said it would be an hour and a half wait then I made my appointment and the wait was an hour and a half. I'd be at are better off just going to a jiffy lube then waiting for their service department even with the customer care they claim you get when you buy a new car with them. more

6 month checkup 6/12/2013

I arrived at 11:10 for my 11:15 appointment and was told that my auto would be ready at 12:15. At 12:30 I checked to find my auto still waiting in line to be worked on. I asked a nice young lady (as my rep was no where to be found) and she said she would move my auto to the head of the line. I waited until about 1 something and it was completed with about 15 minutes of work. more
