These guys have a great selection of cars. Really, they do. The salespeople are pretty slimy, but that's to be expected at a car dealership. I purchased a used car and it took over a week for them to do the inspection and detail that it needed. They had promised to fix some chips and dents, but did not, so I brought the car back later. When I brought the car in for the second time to fix the dents, they bent out the metal at the bottom of the fender, so I left the car yet again. When fixing the new damage, they did a crappy job (paint chipping off now where there was not before). I'm not even going to deal with them again and instead I'll just scrape the paint off and put some primer on it myself. To their credit, they did offer a loaner car, as well as fill up my gas tank after the whole ordeal was over. Nice, but it doesn't really make up for the time I spent driving back and forth three times from Shoreline to Bellevue. The whole situation could have been avoided if they had just done what they promised on the "work promised" paperwork before having me pick up the car. I would give 5 stars for car selection, but one star for very poor delivery of promised services. Somehow, trying to make up for poor service with free coffee, loaner cars, and free gas just doesn't cut it. Why not just offer good service in the first place? more

Excellent 6/10/2013

We moved from Japan last year. Compared to Japan's Toyota service, we found how worse it is here in USA. Dirty loaner cars, some interior in my car being damaged through the service, my 2 cars serviced at the same time being mixed up... I am sure that they do not learn what the Toyota way is. I believe the service people are very good, but they just need to learn a lot from Toyota headquarter. But also there are good things here such as enough space to rest and wait. more

Quality of Service ann the People- however see my comments in my review below to help for improving service. 6/7/2013

I would have ranked the service a 5 however if it wasn't for Roeuth Cheth, I would not have gotten loaner because when I called in advance they said they did not have any and if I came in next day with my car, I could take the shuttle only I drove straight to repair because my car was dying which I found out later from service coordinator was a good decision on my part. I ended up inconveniencing a family member to come pick me up but as I said luckily I Roeuth was able to help when my daughter asked why I could not get a loaner. Further after I picked my car up and was all the way home about 25 minutes away, that the car had not been vacuumed out at all on the insider although it had been washed on the outside. I called about this and Del said I could drive back sometime to have them vacuum the car out and he said it was the third car that day he had that had not been vacuumed. One more thing, when they pulled the car up with the nice car wash on the outside there was white paint that was on front right side of my car which occurred from me coming to close to the rubber barrier in my car when I backed it out a couple months ago. I knew there was no dent but it would have been nice when I asked Del if there was anything else to be done on my car that he offered to get the paint off. So happily when I picked up the car and Roeuth was there he came up to say hello and I said it looks like the paint is still there and he went and got scratch remover and removed the paint in less than 3-4 minutes. My happiness about Michael's Toyota is tied to not only the quality of the service but the people who work there. It would be great if more of your people in service including those who take the service calls for scheduling adopted the attitude and go the extra mile like Roeuth. All in all, without a loaner without the complimentary carwash and vacuum and people that will see what needs to be done and offer or do it, then there is no need for me to go to Michael's Toyota. I could just go to local gas station service or something and get the same indifferent approach. Again, the highlight of the service was that Roeuth Cheth just happened to be working when I showed up with my car. He made my experience on the service to car exceed expectations more

My favorite Toyota dealership 7/18/2010

I have bought 3 cars from Toyota of Bellevue. There are several reasons I continue to go back. They have a great inventory and I can always find a car I like. All of the employees there are very nice and helpful; they go out of their way to make sure I am happy. I have always been treated fairly. I like their service department, it is very convenient and they have always done good work. My Toyota?s have been great cars and I will continue to go back to Toyota of Bellevue. Pros: Bought 3 cars here and have had good experiences each time more

Great experience with the Service Department 3/11/2010

I needed to take my Toyota in for an oil change and wasn't sure where to go since I'm new to the area. I looked online and found Michael's Toyota. I was even able to make my appointment online. When I arrived for my appointment, I didn't have to wait at all. I went to sit in the waiting area with a good book and my car was ready in what seemed like no time at all. I was surprised to see that it had been washed too. There is a special I found online to buy 4 oil changes and get the 5th free. I will be going back to Michael's Toyota for all of my service. more
