I would have ranked the service a 5 however if it wasn't for Roeuth Cheth, I would not have gotten loaner because when I called in advance they said they did not have any and if I came in next day with my car, I could take the shuttle only I drove straight to repair because my car was dying which I found out later from service coordinator was a good decision on my part. I ended up inconveniencing a family member to come pick me up but as I said luckily I Roeuth was able to help when my daughter asked why I could not get a loaner. Further after I picked my car up and was all the way home about 25 minutes away, that the car had not been vacuumed out at all on the insider although it had been washed on the outside. I called about this and Del said I could drive back sometime to have them vacuum the car out and he said it was the third car that day he had that had not been vacuumed. One more thing, when they pulled the car up with the nice car wash on the outside there was white paint that was on front right side of my car which occurred from me coming to close to the rubber barrier in my car when I backed it out a couple months ago. I knew there was no dent but it would have been nice when I asked Del if there was anything else to be done on my car that he offered to get the paint off. So happily when I picked up the car and Roeuth was there he came up to say hello and I said it looks like the paint is still there and he went and got scratch remover and removed the paint in less than 3-4 minutes. My happiness about Michael's Toyota is tied to not only the quality of the service but the people who work there. It would be great if more of your people in service including those who take the service calls for scheduling adopted the attitude and go the extra mile like Roeuth. All in all, without a loaner without the complimentary carwash and vacuum and people that will see what needs to be done and offer or do it, then there is no need for me to go to Michael's Toyota. I could just go to local gas station service or something and get the same indifferent approach. Again, the highlight of the service was that Roeuth Cheth just happened to be working when I showed up with my car. He made my experience on the service to car exceed expectations more
