When I initially arrived at Mac Haik Dodge, I was in the market to replace my 2007 Dodge Ram 1500 for a 4x4 of the same. John showed me many models beginning with the Crew Cab. He allowed me to test drive many (okay, two) models of which the second was the one I purchased. John was very knowledgeable about the features my new truck had and very helpful and patient with me while I played with all of the new buttons. The purchasing process went smoothly and he ""checked in"" with me, on average, once every two weeks to make sure I was still satisfied. He was quite considerate in allowing me to have a vehicle while my truck bed, sunroof and window tint installed. It was extremely convenient! It has been approximately 3 months since my purchase. I love how helpful everyone at Mac Haik Dodge has been along with their quality professionalism and generally great attitude. I will definitely recommend others to purchase from Mac Haik! I would love to fill this review with an expletive filled tirade, but I?m going to tone it down so as not to sound like an angry imbecile. My wife and I own a Dodge Durango that we purchased through Chrysler/Dodge?s Certified Used Vehicle Program. Part of that program includes an 8 year/80,000 mile powertrain warranty. We have been having some slight problems with the transmission?slipping, clunking into gear, etc, and since we?re quickly approaching the 80k mile mark, we figured we should take it in to have someone look at it. Based on the glowing reviews here, we decided to take it up the road to MacHaik Dodge. They weren?t the closest dealer, being in Georgetown, but we thought if an extra few miles meant better service, we were all for it. As we walked in the door, we were greeted by the Service Rep (John I think?don?t remember the name, but he?s a 30-something, balding, blonde haired man) giving a customer on the phone the run-around. After he finally got off the phone with the customer, we were able to speak with him about our problem. I told him that I wanted to confirm that the vehicle was still covered under warranty before any work was performed. The first words out of his mouth were ?well, as long as you?ve kept up with all your maintenance, and have receipts, it shouldn?t be a problem?. I told him that wouldn?t be a problem as we get the oil changed at regular intervals. He then proceeded to tell us that we should have also changed the transmission fluid at 30,000 and 60,000 miles. I mentioned that I had looked in the owner?s manual and that the recommendation was for 100,000 miles. He told me I was wrong at which point I went out to the car, opened the manual, and showed him where it says 100,000 miles. The next words out of his mouth were ?well, that?s not what we go by?. At that point, I knew I was fighting a losing battle. My wife, daughter, and I loaded back up in our vehicles and left. I?ll be posting this review as many places as I can possibly find, as well as telling as many people as I can, about our horrible experience with MacHaik Dodge. more

After finding out we needed to get a car, we called and Pierce was very nice and happy to help. When coming up, we first met with Matt Wasem he also was friendly and very nice. One experience at the service department with Rob and Justin were also very positive. We will definately reccomend Mac Haik to our friends. We feel that fairness and respect are the two best qualities that a dealer can have and all the employees were very helpful and friendly. Positive Experience! more

We were very pleased with our service. Pierce answered all our questions and was never pushy or rude. He gave us ample time to look around at all our options and never seemed like he was more interested in making a sale. I made 2 calls randomly to 2 other dealers and I either got salespeople who were not informative or they were rude. I so appreciate the help of Matt as well who seemed to understand the situation we were in with a recent car accident and limited funding due to the accident.
