Exactly What We Wanted 12/20/2010

The staff at Mac Haik Dodge, Chrysler, Jeep are the best. I came in on Dec 9th with a good idea of what I wanted. John Dotson took the time with my husband and I that day to make sure we were getting exactly what we wanted. He even allowed us to take the jeep to our home to make sure that it would fit in the garage. My husband had to go to work and then I was going to come back to see if they had found what I was looking for but the system was down. I came in the next day more than a little agervated with the situation and John was off but received excellent help from Kayla Jones. Even though she was not my sales person, every time I came back she had the time to stop and ask how things were going and make sure I was being taken care of. In the end I got exactly and more than I was looking for. John and Kayla are a great asset to your selling team. I will let my friends know what a great job your team did to get me into the jeep I wanted. more

Great Experience 12/13/2010

When I met Rick on December 11th after a hectic day with middle school One Act Play kids - I was tired! I knew my husband had been checking around for a car for us. We wanted to trade in two and become a one car family. I was so pleased to see that Dennis found the right person to work with. Rick was pleasant, informative and so down to earth. He gave us good advice and I could tell he was looking out for us and shared his knowledge in a way that really helped us make the decision. I would recommend for my friends to come here to shop for their car and especially ask for Rick. He's not only a good salesman, but he actually cares about the decision of the customer. I teach and I would love for him to come and talk to my teen leadership class because Mac Haik saw in Rick the ability to relate to people - Great Experience and very excited to drive the new classy Grand Caravan home. more

This is in reference to Kayla Jones performance as my salesperson for my new dodge. She was very ""low pressure"" extreamly polite and courteous. Informative as well - Aaron the finance person was as well very kind and my finance responce time was fast. The intrest rate provided was outstanding! Peyton approached us as we first got out of our vehicle. He was very courteous & laid back, which was a good thing, because neither my fiance or myself had a clearcut idea as to exactly what we wanted. Peyton helped steer us in the right direction for our needs & had no problem walking us around to look at 18 different cars & answer all our questions. Out of all the car buying experiences we've had, this was the most laid back, & enjoyable. A+ from us. more
