Mac Haik helped us when no one else would! 1/4/2010

Mark Martinez is awesome! We did not think that we would be able to buy a truck today, but Mark said that he would do everything he could to help us out, and he did just that! He was very courteous and understanding of my needs, and while he was interested in selling me the vehicle, at no time was he pushy, as some other salesmen are. Great first time buying experience! 12/26/2009

I want to thank you for my first car buying experience! Mark Martinez was great! He was never pushy, and he showed us what we wanted to see. He got us the price that we wanted, and even gave me a cigarette when I ran out. He went above and beyond to give me a great experience in buying my new Dodge Ram. He called me promptly when my nerf bars came in and made arrangements to have them installed. I was more than willing when he asked if I would share my experience on the internet. Impressed with Dale 12/23/2009

We were impressed with Dale. He took the time to go over all of the features of the Jeep, and went out of his way to take and send us photos, as we live out of town. He took the time to show us several others as well until we found the one we wanted. Once we arrived, he went over all of the details and features of the Jeep and explained in detail how to operate all of the features. Pros: Dale, complete explanation of everything Cons: a little drive, but worth it more

Our buying experience was great 12/18/2009

Our buying experience was a great one with Mac Haik and Mark Fenlon. Mark treated us great and was very patient. We are from out of town, so Mark accepted photos of our two trades, did all of the legwork to get us accurate figures and then found the perfect two vehicles for us, even though one of them they had to trade another dealership for. He was very knowledgeable about the product and won our future business. We drove away from Mac Haik with two brand new vehicles that we love. We will definitely be back! Don't go there. Really. 12/14/2009

We own a 2001 Chrysler Town and Country minivan. Top of the line. What a mistake. The transmission died completely and we had to have it towed to Mac Haik for repair. The car only had 81,000 miles on it, so why did the transmission die? Mac Haik estimated the replacement at $3200, but charged us $3798. Not only was the repair extremely costly, but they broke stuff on the engine, and refused to fix what they broke. They claimed the stuff they broke did not have anything to do with the transmission repair, so they must not have broken it. Pros: They can get mfg parts Cons: They charge way too much, and do lousy work, break things more

Great Experience! Started with a simple contact over the internet and lead to a few phone calls and then a deal once I showed up. They didn't try to hard sell anything, which is a nice change. A good end to a long journey! 12/12/2009

We've been looking at Jeeps for a couple of years. Our trips have taken us to several dealerships all over Texas. We were close to buying several times, but we finally ended up purchasing from Mac Haik Jeep in Georgetown. Our experience was low key and no pressure. Our sales person Dale was very knowledgeable and professional. Mac Haik also had a very large inventory of Jeeps for us to look at. The best car buying experience I've ever had 12/9/2009

This was the best experience buying a car that I've ever had. There were no games, just all straight talk and bottom dollar prices. I was so impressed with the entire sales team and how well they worked together to assist me in my purchase. The sales manager Chris was upfront and honest and the sales person, Kenneth was very responsive and helpful. The finance/warranty person, Anne, was very knowledgeable also about the product.
