We own a 2001 Chrysler Town and Country minivan. Top of the line. What a mistake. The transmission died completely and we had to have it towed to Mac Haik for repair. The car only had 81,000 miles on it, so why did the transmission die? Mac Haik estimated the replacement at $3200, but charged us $3798. Not only was the repair extremely costly, but they broke stuff on the engine, and refused to fix what they broke. They claimed the stuff they broke did not have anything to do with the transmission repair, so they must not have broken it.
Pros: They can get mfg parts
Cons: They charge way too much, and do lousy work, break things
