Mark Martinez was extremely friendly and very knowledgeable about the different types of Jeeps. Gary told him what he wanted and Mark provided it. There was no pressure, only helpfulness. I have had such a bad experience at other dealers; that is until I arrived at this location and met a positive, energetic and knowledgeable sales associate named Mark... Excellent service 4/16/2010

I contacted the dealership through USAA member services to submit a Jeep configuration. Shortly thereafter, I was contacted by Dale Helle, who provided a quote, and some information on what was available. After a few calls and email exchanges, I decided to stop by in person. I appreciate how Dale was abole to work with me on configuring the options and get the vehicle within my price and payment range. I had little contact with anyone else during my time at the dealership, except for the financing guy, whose name I cannot remember. He was also a very polite and helpful person to work with. My wife was very pleased with the way things worked out. As was I. Mark Fenlon was extremely helpful and even came in to help us on his day off. Mark made us both feel welcome and had a strict determination to make the deal. His knowledge of his trade was uncanny and his steadfast devotion to customer service is rare. The best car buying experience anywhere 1/21/2010

My experience at this dealership in buying a car was the best I have ever had in buying a car anywhere. I was more than happy when they asked if I would share my experience on the internet.
