after having dealt with the JE dearlership on P;tree Ind-this was a totally new and unexpected pleasure-being that the service required an overnite stay for me(to get the car in by 7am)-I live in Candler Park-and there is no metro out there-but got to spend the day getting things done with my sister at her home for estimates for modifications to our mom's bed/bathroom. more

All of the staff I interacted with we're friendly, professional, and seemed to have my best interest in mind. Nichol went out to the car with me before I left to be sure she understood exactly what I wanted them to address. When I returned she went out with me again to go over the work that was done. I really appreciated her taking the time to assure I was satisfied with the results. There was one issue that needed to be addressed by the collision center. I left with a plan and the assurance that Nichol will help me set that up when the time comes. I have been nothing but pleased with both my sales and service experiences at Gosset! Thank you! more

Our salesperson was knowledgeable, friendly, and not at all pushy. The finance staff was extremely helpful. And we use the service department for all of our service & maintenance - they have been incredible. Overall, the best car experience I've ever had! more

I recently bought a 2005 Beetle Convertible - and could not have had a better buying experience! Keith and Carmen were my sales people and they were both so helpful! Everyone at Gossett made me feel very comfortable and not at all pressured. This was my first time buying a car on my own and I started getting cold feet while I was sitting in the Finance office, waiting to sign the papers. When I told them I was getting nervous and having doubts, instead of being pushy - they assured me that if I changed my mind, it was quite all right. I asked to drive the car one more time and was hooked - I walked right back in the office and signed the papers. A few days later I needed a new key made for my car and instead of having to go to the dealership on my lunch break - Keith and Carmen came to MY office, picked my car up, had the key made, and dropped it back off. That is what customer service is made of! more

Most dealers you go to always try to hide something on you. But here at Gossett my dealer was very a honest and helpful car salesman. He always returned my call right away. Any questions I had he always had the right answers. I would go back to this dealer in a second to buy another car. more

Big deals! 8/1/2012

Visiting Gossett VW on a Saturday upon the personal recommendation of a neighbor, I saw a new VW Jetta that struck my fancy. The salesmen said he would 'hold' it for me until Monday with a $1,000.00 deposit. After 5 hours at the dealership, we were tired and ready to leave. We also signed some purchase papers prematurely (shame on us.) Sunday morn, I realized in a panic that I had made an emotional decision and e-mailed and phoned the salesman. He informed me that we ""bought the car"" since we had ""signed the papers."" Not too happy, we visited the dealership first thing Monday morn and spoke with the Controller (Mr Meisemann) who could not have been more polite and professional. Since we had not yet taken possession of the Jetta, he instructed the business manager to credit our VISA. The credit appeared in 5 days. If I were to purchase a VW or a Bentley (in my dreams!) I would not hesitate to do business with Gossett. more

I leased an 06 Passat here with phenomenally good terms, and aside from an inconvenience factor of having to drive from Midtown, Gossett's service dept. (Aaron) has always been courteous, honest and reliable. I've had no huge shocker bills, and the work has been done as promised.\r \r I'm negotiating now on an '09 CC. Anthony and Clarence have been very pleasant and professional. They do not phone constantly or send multiple blast emails unlike other VW dealerships in Atlanta, so if we can get the numbers as I wish, I will be dealing with Gossett again. more

A pleasant experience all around. Every single aspect from the test drive, car information, financing, and preparation we explained professionally and courteously. Never at any point did I feel like I was being decieved or misled. The staff is friendly, even if they have no part of your sale. You walk out feeling like you did the right thing all the way. more
