what a salesman 4/11/2012

I had a great experience at this dealership due to my salesperson. We arrived to test-drive a vehicle right before the dealership was due to close, and he happily gave us the keys. After that he helped us with the paperwork and stayed almost two hours past his regular shift. I felt comfortable that he had a good knowledge of the vehicles and didn't just tell me what I wanted to hear. He was an excellent dealer and we thank him. more

Truly ROTTEN Experience 8/30/2011

This dealership seems clean and nice from the outside but once you get inside the misery begins. The sales people seem very helpful and willing to do their best..but the fellow that was helping me disclosed to me that he was afraid to ask the manager about a discount on the vehicle because he said that if he asked him he could lose his job.I may be wrong but I thought that you go to a dealership and ask for a discount..I just thought his comment was so strange so I asked him to elaborate and apparently the management has the poor sales staff living in fear on a daily basis in fact it seems to be the way they operate over there and as I looked agound at the other workers I could see the same panic stricken look on all their faces.I told him not to worry that I wont be buying here anyway so it was ok..then he told me if I didnt give him my work number he couldnt go up to the desk and turn in by info card without fear of reprisal.I mean I didnt need to know all that but after I did I wanted to go home as quickly as possible and wash off the rotten feeling I had from being there. more

BEST DEALERSHIP 1/31/2011

What a great experience we had at this dealership. We went in looking for a Passat. We financed and had to wait awhile to make sure everything came through OK> Mr. Tuckley, the Sales Manager was very nice. He showed us where to get some free coffee and was just very hospitable while we waited. We got the financing. We love the car. *side note: Our neighbor ended up going to Jim Ellis that same weekend and HATED it. Trust me this place rocks! Ask for Mr. Tuckley! more

General Sales Manager Rude and Disrespectable 12/2/2010

General Sales Manager -Very UNPROFESSIONAL..Don't Go There!!! My daughter purchased a car from this company, got it financed thru vw credit, and we left that day with the car. She was called approx 9 days later saying VW finance did not approve her credit because of derogatory info from another credit bureau that was NOT accurate and she could prove it. For several days she was trying to obtain financing from another source(s) and the finance manager knew it. Then one day she and I both received rude, obnoxious, disrespectable vm messages from this (Chris) heavy thick English accented jerk, and who I am told is the General Sales Manager accusing her/us of running off with their car. I personally spoke to him as soon as I received the vm message and he was COLD, RUDE, DISRESPECTABLE and didn't want to discuss the situation at all. He was going to REPOSSES the car and send the authorities to get it. I was blown away with this kind of treatment. Never have we been treated so lowly in our life as if we were "deadbeats" . She returned the car immediately and she did end up getting financed elsewhere. Salespeople and finance people were very nice to work with...no complaints there. We'll never go back there because of this one (CHRIS) BAD apple! more

Don't take your car for service here! 3/31/2008

This dealership will take steal your property, don't take your car here!\r \r I took my car to the service shop late one night. On my way home from the dealership, I realize I left my $400 phone inside. However, the dealer is already closed, so I figured I could call in the morning and let them know what happened. This is the dealership after all so I shouldn't have to worry about employees stealing my property (this is one of the reasons to pay the dealership premium). However, by the time I called early next morning, there was no sign of my phone anywhere. The employees could offer me nothing but wait to talk to the manager the next day. The manager (Dan) turned out to be the rudest customer service representative I have ever dealt with. Not only did he give me NOTHING in return, he also had the nerve to tell me that if I hadn't used the word steal, he would have been more receptive to giving me a discount.\r \r This whole ordeal happened because I took my car there in the first place to fix a rattle, and on the drive home for the first time EVER, the check engine light comes on. So I take it back, and thats when the phone gets stolen. Funny coincidence that my car needs another repair which they wont claim responsibility for and steal my phone as well. Do yourself a favor, and stay away from this dealer. Pros: NOTHING Cons: EVERYTHING more
