This dealership will take steal your property, don't take your car here!
I took my car to the service shop late one night. On my way home from the dealership, I realize I left my $400 phone inside. However, the dealer is already closed, so I figured I could call in the morning and let them know what happened. This is the dealership after all so I shouldn't have to worry about employees stealing my property (this is one of the reasons to pay the dealership premium). However, by the time I called early next morning, there was no sign of my phone anywhere. The employees could offer me nothing but wait to talk to the manager the next day. The manager (Dan) turned out to be the rudest customer service representative I have ever dealt with. Not only did he give me NOTHING in return, he also had the nerve to tell me that if I hadn't used the word steal, he would have been more receptive to giving me a discount.
This whole ordeal happened because I took my car there in the first place to fix a rattle, and on the drive home for the first time EVER, the check engine light comes on. So I take it back, and thats when the phone gets stolen. Funny coincidence that my car needs another repair which they wont claim responsibility for and steal my phone as well. Do yourself a favor, and stay away from this dealer.
