All of the staff I interacted with we're friendly, professional, and seemed to have my best interest in mind. Nichol went out to the car with me before I left to be sure she understood exactly what I wanted them to address. When I returned she went out with me again to go over the work that was done. I really appreciated her taking the time to assure I was satisfied with the results. There was one issue that needed to be addressed by the collision center. I left with a plan and the assurance that Nichol will help me set that up when the time comes. I have been nothing but pleased with both my sales and service experiences at Gosset! Thank you!
