Fred Remmers Rug Cleaners & Oriental Rug Gallery made my magic carpet ride even more magical. I had two area oriental rugs that were about twenty years old and needed cleaning. That said, they cleaned it thoroughly and to my satisfaction. I enjoyed the discount they gave me, and they were very thorough, did delivery and pick-up, and worked through everything in a timely manner. I enjoyed the discount they gave me, too. The carpet was clean, and the price was right. I would highly recommend Fred Remmers to anyone! more

Satisfactory Experience. 2/27/2015

I had a satisfactory experience with Fred Remmers Rug Cleaners & Oriental Rug Gallery. I didn't interact with them much, other than dropping off my rug and picking it up when it was finished. My only suggestion would be that they have more hours of availability. They are closed on the weekends, and close early during the weekdays, which made it hard to schedule them. They did a good job overall. more

A friend recommended Fred Remmers Rug Cleaners & Oriental Rug Gallery to me. I had a good experience. They arrived at the scheduled time, took my area rugs, cleaned them, and brought them back. Overall, I was pleased with their service. The guy that helped was kind of new, so he didn't seem too comfortable engaging in a lot of conversation, but he wasn't rude by any means. I would recommend their service. more

Overall I would say that I had a pleasant experience with Fred Remmers Rug Cleaners & Oriental Rug Gallery. They provide prompt service, though I don't know if I can comment on the quality of their work. We actually never opened up the area rug we had cleaned because one of our cats wanted to use it as a scratching pad. I would presume that everything was okay, and I would use them again if necessary. more

I like their old-fashion way of cleaning rugs. 1/5/2015

Fred Remmers Rug Cleaners & Oriental Rug Gallery cleaned a not so new wool rug for me. It was my first time calling them because I needed it to be cleaned for the holidays. I liked the fact that their work is done the old fashion way, and even if your rug is not as fancy, it is treated with the same process as if it were an antique. I will be calling them back for a larger rug and will definitely go back. . more

Created a problem, resolved it, and all is fine 1/2/2015

We hired Fred Remmers Rug Cleaners and Oriental Rug Gallery to clean our rug. When the rug was returned to us, there was a serious stain that had not been there originally. It looks as though a container with rust on the bottom was set on the rug. We called them, and they took the rug back. They cleaned it, and removed that stain. The overall results were good, and there were no stains. The young man who picked up and delivered the rug was very helpful. more

I called Fred Remmers Rug Cleaners & Oriental Rug Gallery twice when I needed them to clean our rugs. Their prices were high and it seemed like they kept raising them. We even drove across town to use their service and it wasn't worth it. We were disappointed. more

Fred Remmers Rug Cleaners & Oriental Rug Gallery does a good job. I had them do a simple rug cleaning for an antique rug I have, and they were able to get all of the stains out. They came when they said they would, delivered when they said they would, and the rug came out nicely. I would highly recommend them to others. more

Great service and fresh clean rugs! 11/19/2014

I made arrangements with Fred Remmers Rug Cleaners & Oriental Rug Gallery to pick up my rug for a cleanup. They were very responsive, showed up right away and on time, picked up my rug and said they would deliver it back in a couple of days. The rugs were going to be done sooner than I expected, since I was going out of town, so the agreed to hang on to them for a few days longer. They are very accommodating with their scheduling. more

This was the first time I worked with Fred Remmers Rug Cleaners & Oriental Rug Gallery. They helped clean an area rug for me after my friend's dog had an accident on it. Fred Remmers is a good service overall, but the communication wasn't that great. The person I corresponded with didn't speak English very well, but they did an excellent service, so that's all that really matters. I would recommend them. more

Fred Remmers Rug Cleaners and Oriental Rug Gallery is really nice and really polite. Sometimes I feel like the value for my money is not sometimes what I wish it was. However, they are very quick in turning around the things you give them to be repaired. They're fast. I have given them around 15 rugs. In this town, there is no competition. I would tell a potential customer that they're a rug cleaning store and your expectations can only be so high. The end product is good. more
