Fred Remmers Rug Cleaners & Oriental Rug Gallery does a good job. I had them do a simple rug cleaning for an antique rug I have, and they were able to get all of the stains out. They came when they said they would, delivered when they said they would, and the rug came out nicely. I would highly recommend them to others.
