I found out about Fred Remmers Rug Cleaners & Oriental Rug Gallery from online. I think the prices were expensive. Their workers were professional, friendly and on time. However, when I was asking about their prices I was given inconsistent quotes by two different employees. They were prompt for the pick up and delivery of my area rugs. They look fine. I think they can improve on their customer service.
