We hired Fred Remmers Rug Cleaners and Oriental Rug Gallery to clean our rug. When the rug was returned to us, there was a serious stain that had not been there originally. It looks as though a container with rust on the bottom was set on the rug. We called them, and they took the rug back. They cleaned it, and removed that stain. The overall results were good, and there were no stains. The young man who picked up and delivered the rug was very helpful.
