Overall I would say that I had a pleasant experience with Fred Remmers Rug Cleaners & Oriental Rug Gallery. They provide prompt service, though I don't know if I can comment on the quality of their work. We actually never opened up the area rug we had cleaned because one of our cats wanted to use it as a scratching pad. I would presume that everything was okay, and I would use them again if necessary.
