A friend recommended Fred Remmers Rug Cleaners & Oriental Rug Gallery to me. I had a good experience. They arrived at the scheduled time, took my area rugs, cleaned them, and brought them back. Overall, I was pleased with their service. The guy that helped was kind of new, so he didn't seem too comfortable engaging in a lot of conversation, but he wasn't rude by any means. I would recommend their service.
