This was the first time I worked with Fred Remmers Rug Cleaners & Oriental Rug Gallery. They helped clean an area rug for me after my friend's dog had an accident on it. Fred Remmers is a good service overall, but the communication wasn't that great. The person I corresponded with didn't speak English very well, but they did an excellent service, so that's all that really matters. I would recommend them.
