I've had the best service at Dolce Salon & Spa at Arrowhead. I have been seeing Jenn for all my waxing services and she is very friendly and professional. I would recommend Dolce to anyone! With the great offers that they have had during these tough times you can't go wrong checking them out! more

Love DOLCE and my hair! 8/11/2009

I have been to a few salons in the valley and I conclude that Dolce is the best I've been to. Carol who styled my hair and recently did my highlights did a great job! I've had complements from friends and coworkers about it and all thanks to Carol. I like the atmosphere @ DOLCE and it’s close to shops, restaurant and my work. The Dolce staff has been helpful and accommodating as well. They regularly email their clients with deals which I think is great. Will keep coming back for sure! Pros: Great Stylists, nice atmosphere and good deals. Cons: parking (no big deal) more

SWEET DEAL! 8/11/2009

Our friend told us about Dolce, so my partner and I decided to try it out. We went for a spa day since they have amazing deals. We were greeted by friendly staff at the front desk then lead to their ""relaxation room"", which was modern/trendy, yet peaceful. We both had the best facials and massages ever. I highly recommend their combo massage (with hot stones)...very relaxing! In between services, we were fed some amazing dessert...talk about sweet deal. Throughout our four hours there, the staff always made sure we had water/lemonade/iced tea. Again, everyone was friendly and personable with us. We both will be going back to use Dolce's services (facials, microderm, massages, haircuts, mani/pedi, etc). more

LOVE DOLCE SALON & SPA 8/10/2009

Went to Dolce Salon and Spa for the first time this past weekend. We had passed by it many times and finally decided to try it. First off, the salon is beautiful and the staff are so friendly. Everyone greeted us all day long and made sure we were comfortable at all times. The services were incredible. We had a facial, pedicure and massage. The facial was excellent, the pedicure was great. The massage was totally and completely the best massage I have ever had (and I have had a ton of them). I had the combination massage which combined massagae, reflexology and hot/cold stones. It was the most relaxing 60 minutes I have had in a long long time. LOVED IT! Will be back again soon! Pros: BEST MASSAGE EVER! Cons: SMALL MEN'S LOCKER ROOM more

Awsome haircut! 8/9/2009

I recently visited your arrowhead location I received a 90 minute Swedish massage and a haircut and style both by new people i had never seen prior to this visit. I normally frequent the spa for massages and an occasional waxing service but i was really bummed out when my massage therapist i had been seeing left. In addition i tried a new massage therapist and she was very sweet and did a good job i thought until later that evening when i had gotten home my back was really hurting me. I think she might of pinched a nerve or i don't even no, but I have has countless massages and never had pain like this in the past. I was really disappointed because this was my first time coming back since my previous massage therapist who i loved left and now im nervous to try someone else. And even worse the pain in my back lasted a little under a week! which was crazy to me because i was comeing to get relife and i left with more tension in my back. But besides the massage I also had my hair cut and the girl was amazing, she styled it so cute and was such a sweet girl, I do plan to come back but Im slightly nervous about getting a massage again. But overall i love the facility i always enjoy coming in and hope will be coming in possibly not for a massage but definitely for my hair!:) Pros: amazing people and customer service Cons: injured after my massage:/ more

I have never been disappointed with this salon. I have gone for pedis, massages, facials and regularly get my hair highlighted and cut. Everyone makes you feel important and they really listen to you. Love it! Pros: You are treated like a Princess more

Dolce Spa 8/6/2009

I visited the Chandler Fashion Center in Chandler Az on Friday June 24th. I booked an eyebrow wax, manicure and spa pedicure. Even though I was early they took me to a room where the ""water wall"" and music did a great job of relaxing me after a long day at work. My apps were on time and things moved like clockwork. Everyone was tuned into ensuring the comfort of the clients. I am very happy with each service. Manicure with gel polish-okay 8/6/2009

I just recently had a spa manicure with the gel polish applied. I was really looking forward to a nice massage on my hands and trying the new gel polish product. The gel polish will take a little getting used to. I had the french polish applied. The white tips have a shape like that of a platypus bill (bubbly). When I look at the profile of my nail, it's a like there's a bubble at the end of it. Sheri, the nail tech, has been doing this for 20 years so maybe this is the way they are supposed to look. I applied my own salt scrub to my hands and rinsed it off. Nice product. The massage was less than 30 seconds...not much relaxation involved, but my skin was really moisturized. Still getting used to the new shape of my nails, but did like the fact that I left the salon with undentable nails. Pros: Very shiny Cons: Platypus bill appeal more

Bring Your Own Blow Dryer (BYOB) Service -Scottsdale 8/4/2009

How many times have you wondered how to do your hair? You have a great haircut but it never looks the same as when your great Dolce stylist does it. I changed all that. I let Chantell at Scottsdale teach me how to use the great hair products that Dolce sells. She showed me the best brush for my hair and how to use the blow dryer and flat iron. Bring Your Own Blow Dryer (BYOB) is one of the best services that Dolce provides. Before my hour session I had no idea what the difference was between all the gels and creams for styling. Now I have several options and I am not afraid of my flat iron. Chantell is a great teacher and a great stylist! Pros: Great to Learn more

I was fortunate enough to see Heather for facial. From the moment I walked into your Salon I was thoroughly impressed. I was warmly greeted by a beautiful reception area and a friendly staff who was eager to help. Prior to my facial beginning I was able to relax in your amazing relaxation area. I can truly say my facial with Heather was one of the best I have ever received. Heather was very personal able, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. Her knowledge about your skincare line made me comfortable to purchase the products that she had recommended. I am looking forward to my next appointment with Heather and the amazing service I will receive from her. dolce spa & salon...well done! 7/31/2009

So, I recently returned to Dolce to have Stephanie color my hair. She did an amazing job! I am naturally dark brown and have had no color for several years. Stephanie did several different shades in reds and blondes. I was a little apprehensive, as I've never thought I looked good blonde. But, no need for concern, the colors added are perfect! I've received loads of compliments, including, ""this is how your hair should look, forever!"" Another fantastic experience at Dolce. more

massage heaven 7/30/2009

I love the spa waiting room. It is tranquil and soothing with the water fall walls. I found this palce to be exceptionally clean and relaxing. Dee Santana is my masseuse and if u have a bad back like I do she works the knots out and heals my pain. Never a bad cut and always a great environment! 7/29/2009

I have been a longtime client of Dolce Salon. I have previously posted raves about Berenice Segura. She remains one of the most talented and precise stylists I have ever encountered. So much so, that I referred my good friend Jim to Berenice. Jim is very particular about his hair because he has very thinning hair along with some balding. He lives in NJ, very close to Manhattan, and was vacationing in Phoenix last week, so I made haircut appointments for us both. We both received stellar cuts, and Berenice paid particular attention to Jim's concerns regarding his thinning hair. So much so that he told me it was the best cut he had received in a very long time. That is a huge statement coming from someone who normally gets his haircut in Manhattan! He is somewhat disappointed that he wont have the option of going back to Berenice again, but I shall remain a loyal and regular customer. love love LOVE Eve for gel nails 7/25/2009

Love Eve, love love LOVE her. I wore acrylic nail tips for years and had them removed as there were thick and exhausting. Who knew that gel nails could be so convenient? And Eve was such a babydoll about helping me select a color that was nice and neutral for my corporate Sally gig. I plan to see Eve for something a little sassier on my toes, however. Maybe even a gel pedicure with glitter. So there. Eve was truly masterful about the whole application process, as well. Wonderful place! 7/22/2009

I recently went to the Chandler Dolce location to check out the facility. I wanted to know what the atmosphere was like before I booked my wedding party's hair appointments there. Well, the atmosphere is terrific! They really make you feel special. I got a spa pedicure and loved every second of it! I will definitely be using their services for my wedding day, and I can't wait! My favorite place to be! 7/20/2009

I have had most of trhe services that Dolce provides and have been extremely pleased with each one. I never have to worry about asking for a special person there because every member of their staff is excellent. I have gone there twice this week, once for a wash and style and a few days later for a facial and a hair cut. I will be back this week for a combo massage. I look forward to my Dolce days! Dolce is also more relaxing than other day spas that I have gone to.. Pros: Every time is just as great as the time before! more
