Once I finally was introduced to Jessica, it was a very good Swedish Massage with a little deep tissue included. She is very professional, experienced and knows her muscle groups. She is also someone with whom I have already scheduled another appointment. If you can get by the front desk, it's a good day spa. Well Worth It! 8/27/2009

My daughter and I had manicures and pedicures at Dolce Salon on August 12th. This was the first time I brought my daughter to this salon, and we had so much fun that we each booked a full spa-day for ourselves to celebrate her birthday later on this month. I continue to be extremely impressed with Dolce the more times I visit and the more services I try. The salon is VERY clean, the services and treatment lists are many and varied, and the staff is so helpful with questions and other assistance. They make it super-easy to book and track appointments (online, pre-booking), and always provide reminder calls. I am so glad I found this new, reasonably-priced salon that seems to “have it all”. I have experimented around with several valley salons and have found that most are lacking in some regard – this is most certainly NOT the case for Dolce. I give them an A+!!! I LOVE my brow lady! Tami @ Dolce in Chandler. She is the best! I drive 35 mins just to get a brow wax and it's totally worth it every time. Brows are one thing you do not want to mess up! Pros: best brow lady in town Cons: a bit of a drive from where I live and work more

I love Dolce! 8/27/2009

I had a problem with my last brow wax. I spoke with Kacie - I think she is the manager of that group, and she was wonderful. Next time I booked directly with Kacie and she was able to fix the situation to my satisfaction. My brows look great! Dolce Salon & Spa Arrowhead - I won't go anywhere else 8/26/2009

On July 1st, I took a leap of faith and did something I never thought I would do. I died my hair! After much coaxing by my roommate and cheering from the front desk girls at Dolce (whom are adorable and I love) I finally worked up the guts and I did it. I have always had light brown hair with blonde highlights, my WHOLE life. (I am 25) I went to Danielle based off of high recommendations from the front desk girls. (Not the same Danielle I go to for facials and waxing) and she was AMAZING. She listened to everything I had to say and even counseled me. She told me the color I wanted was too dark and I would end up with a heart attack. Lol. The color I went with looks amazing and turns out since I got older my hair darkened and it is actually my natural, weeks later I don’t even have any roots! The cut is one of the most adorable I’ve had in a long time and very easy to style. I get tons of compliments and have been sending friends Danielle’s way left and right. Again Dolce won my heart. Scottsdale Borgata Rocks Too 8/25/2009

Scottsdale Dolce at The Borgata is the only place for pedicures! I am always greeted by name when I arrive. The front desk hostess makes sure that I have a fantastic ice tea as soon as I enter. Britney, my pedicure specialist makes sure that I have a great experience. She creates the perfect pedicure for my needs. I always leave with super soft feet. Pure luxury and a true treat. Pros: Wonderful Staff Cons: Hard to Find Any more

I always go to Dolce and nowhere else to get my routine highlights & style & cut for my long straight hair. My stylist is good and she always step up to the plate. The Valley's #1 Salon & Spa 8/20/2009

I had an Organic Customized Facial from Shay August 19, 2009. I usually like to stick with the same Esthetician but I'm so glad I tried someone new! I will definitely be back to see Shay, I was completely relaxed and feel my face looks bright & glowing today. I was a little annoyed with the music that was being played, I would like to hear something a little softer and relaxing. I'm thankful that Dolce is having such great specials/deals, I really hope they continue to offer specials each month during these hard times for everyone! I will never go to another salon! 8/19/2009

This is the salon that everyone I know should visit. It is very nice inside and has very friendly staff members. I was with another stylist for 6+ years and I thought she did a wonderful job...but now I know that Dolce uses products that will not damage your hair like my old stylist did. Look them up!!! I went to the Chandler Dolce. I wasn't sure what I wanted from the haircut, but I knew that I wanted a change. My stylist waited patiently until I decided what I wanted from a magazine and she even gave me suggestions on what I should do to my hair depending on a brief overview of my lifestyle. What's really great about my experience was that I was able to share about the difficult week I went through and she was able to talk about her experiences with her previous clients. It was quiet in the night time and the experience wasn't rushed. So I got a therapist and a hair stylist all at the same time. Pros: good service more

Amazing Services but... 8/16/2009

I have been going to Dolce Salon and Spa for over a year now. I have received spa manicures, spa pedicures, many different kinds of massages and facials, hair cuts and styles and custom make up. I live in the east valley but am willing to drive to the west valley to have my services done at the Arrowhead location. I have loved the outcome of all of my services. The front staff/receptionists can be very rude though. I have been ignored and when I have asked questions of the front staff and have had them roll their eyes and turn their backs on me. Dolce is not cheep, so I don’t expect to be treated like trash. I was there 2 days ago for their Staycation package. They came to get my sister-in-law and myself for the dessert portion and walked in after we had taken 2 bites and said, “Um, this was for Heather not you. That’s why I said, “Heather, are you ready for your desert now.” So, now you are late for your facials and we have them another lunch, thanks.” I sat there with my mouth hanging open, she never said any names; she walked in and said, “Are you ready for your dessert now?” It’s enough to make me never want to pay top price for the amazing services.
