Purchased a Samsung refrigerator on 6/20/2015 at Decatur store, delivered on 6/22-2015, on 6/24/2015, I observed an advertisement for the exact same refrigerator for $700.00 less. Took price information to Decatur store on 6/25/2015, salesman said he had to check with District manager. On 7/2/2015, the salesman contacted me, to deny refunding the difference, due to price difference was after sale. So Dick Van Dyke does not honor price matching, and will no longer get any business from me.

We guarantee the best "deal" at the time of purchase/delivery. The best deal includes our free 5/10 Protection Plan which you received on your purchase and holds a $200 value. On the day of your purchase the competitor's regular price on the same unit was $600 (sticker) over our price and in actuality $800 better when considering the value of the 5/10 Protection Plan (competitor offered no free extended service). Dick Van Dyke had the best deal on the day of your sale. We do not advertise "price matching" after delivery as it is difficult to determine value of an already used appliance. If the competitor's deal is brought to our attention prior to installation, that deal will be matched down to the penny.
