I'm a weekly customer at the Bellevue location, tho have been to Lake Union many times as well. And I've eaten in some of the best restaurants in the country. This is an excellent steakhouse. A mistake here or there is possible, but It's hard to imagine someone having a bad time here. The Steaks have a char on the surface because they're prepared gourmet style, in an 1800 degree broiler. The Char seals flavor into the PRIME (highest USDA grade) steak. \r

Don't miss: The 3 cheese appetizer from the lounge (on a small slab of granite), the tomato and sweet onion salad, broccoli with Bernaise, wines from the cruvinet, and the Valrhona chocolate cake.
