It doesn't get better than Da Les Body Shop!\r \r I called at 8:00 pm. about my bumper ( I had run over a curb and it needed a bolt to hold it down again) -- minor but important to me.\r \r They offered for us to come in the immediately that morning. Then, when we came in, they offered to fix it immediately in minutes!\r \r The craftsmanship was perfect, (they also gave us paint so we could patch up the scrape) and the price was incredible. It was free! On top of it all, they gave us a gift of truffles. \r \r Free car service + truffles = a feeling of being cared about in the world. A feeling that there really are kind people in the world who do wonderful things for others! \r \r If you're having a bad day (or year), and you want to feel better about the world, go to Da Les Body Shop. Judging from the other reviews, the prices are very reasonable, and the care is incredible. \r \r I felt so happy, driving my perfectly-fixed car home, that I let even more people in front of me than usual. It just goes to show you that generosity creates more generosity. So, to all those people I let go in front of me? After getting into this terriable accident I needed to find a good body shop that in the Direct Repair Program with AAA my insurance company. AAA set me up to go to Da-Les Auto Body Shop. Da-Les made the whole experience a painless one. I went through the EXPRESS program to drop off. When arriving to the body shop the receptionst already knew my name and claim number wow.... then i received a call from Hertz to confirm my rental confirmaqtion number. \r For this excellent serivce is the reason I got AAA. They handle the experience of an accident with great shop like Da-Les body shop. After speaking the my estimator, him going over every aspect of the repairs of my vehicle. I was assured my car was in good hands. I must say the employees at this shop are EXCELLENT. After signing before I knew it Hertz was at the shop picking me up. \r \r I got updates on my repairs every other day just as I requested. My car we done before the estimated date of delivery.... EARLY..... thank you so much.... I missed my car, evern though I was in a rental I couldn't wait to drive my vehicle again. \r \r The final product was Perfect. It look good as new. I got into a car accident due to bad traffic condition and I needed a reliable autobody shop that would get the job done without any problems or concerns. I searched on yelp and citysearch, I hear the Da-Les Body Shop is highly rated. I quickly called them up and hit up Mike, a very very professional man who promised to take care of my car.\r \r Service:\r EXCELLENT Customer service by the staff. All questions were answered promptly and they met my needs as they came. Everyone was very polite and I truly appreciated that. The customer service here is oustanding and I have never worked with people this good in my prior accidents.\r \r Work:\r The car looked better than it was when I bought it (used). The car was relatively clean, with a few minor exterior scratches previous to the accident, but the car came back looking like it was new. The detail job was flawless, and almost all of my scratches were repaired. I thought it was a different person's car when I approached it initially.\r AMAZING.\r \r Aftercare:\r They have lifetime guarantees on their work. They even called me a few days after my repair to see if everything was okay. That is what I call a great body shop.\r \r My motto is ""Stay away, and send a friend."" I will definitely refer my friends to this auto shop. And if I ever get in any car accidents, this will be the place I will return to, bar none. more
