When arriving to the body shop the receptionst already knew my name and claim number wow.... then i received a call from Hertz to confirm my rental confirmaqtion number. \r
For this excellent serivce is the reason I got AAA. They handle the experience of an accident with great shop like Da-Les body shop. After speaking the my estimator, him going over every aspect of the repairs of my vehicle. I was assured my car was in good hands. I must say the employees at this shop are EXCELLENT. After signing before I knew it Hertz was at the shop picking me up. \r

I got updates on my repairs every other day just as I requested. My car we done before the estimated date of delivery.... EARLY..... thank you so much.... I missed my car, evern though I was in a rental I couldn't wait to drive my vehicle again. \r
