After getting into this terriable accident I needed to find a good body shop that in the Direct Repair Program with AAA my insurance company. AAA set me up to go to Da-Les Auto Body Shop. Da-Les made the whole experience a painless one. I went through the EXPRESS program to drop off. When arriving to the body shop the receptionst already knew my name and claim number wow.... then i received a call from Hertz to confirm my rental confirmaqtion number. \r
For this excellent serivce is the reason I got AAA. They handle the experience of an accident with great shop like Da-Les body shop. After speaking the my estimator, him going over every aspect of the repairs of my vehicle. I was assured my car was in good hands. I must say the employees at this shop are EXCELLENT. After signing before I knew it Hertz was at the shop picking me up. \r

I got updates on my repairs every other day just as I requested. My car we done before the estimated date of delivery.... EARLY..... thank you so much.... I missed my car, evern though I was in a rental I couldn't wait to drive my vehicle again. \r

The final product was Perfect. It look good as new. So if anyone need a great shop and you want a hazzle free experience check out da les body shop.
