EXCELLENT Customer service by the staff. All questions were answered promptly and they met my needs as they came. Everyone was very polite and I truly appreciated that. The customer service here is oustanding and I have never worked with people this good in my prior accidents.\r

The car looked better than it was when I bought it (used). The car was relatively clean, with a few minor exterior scratches previous to the accident, but the car came back looking like it was new. The detail job was flawless, and almost all of my scratches were repaired. I thought it was a different person's car when I approached it initially.\r
