I got into a car accident due to bad traffic condition and I needed a reliable autobody shop that would get the job done without any problems or concerns. I searched on yelp and citysearch, I hear the Da-Les Body Shop is highly rated. I quickly called them up and hit up Mike, a very very professional man who promised to take care of my car.\r

EXCELLENT Customer service by the staff. All questions were answered promptly and they met my needs as they came. Everyone was very polite and I truly appreciated that. The customer service here is oustanding and I have never worked with people this good in my prior accidents.\r

The car looked better than it was when I bought it (used). The car was relatively clean, with a few minor exterior scratches previous to the accident, but the car came back looking like it was new. The detail job was flawless, and almost all of my scratches were repaired. I thought it was a different person's car when I approached it initially.\r

Aftercare:\r
They have lifetime guarantees on their work. They even called me a few days after my repair to see if everything was okay. That is what I call a great body shop.\r

My motto is ""Stay away, and send a friend."" I will definitely refer my friends to this auto shop. And if I ever get in any car accidents, this will be the place I will return to, bar none.
