Da-Les Auto Body Shop

My brand new 2011 Toyota Highlander just got rear ended ! Sunnyvale Toyota suggested to go to Da-Les Body Shop. The other partys insurance was State Farm so they where easy to easy to work with. Da-Les gave me a very extensive estimate. But State Farm still needed to see the vehicle. The office staff was nice enough to set the inspection for me at their shop and confirm my rental reservation for me. Thanks, more

The estimator went over the vehicle with me and heard all my concerns that this is a new vehicle. I want it back to it pre accident condition. I asked for email updates on my repairs. He send my email with pictures in processs. The was really appreciated because I was very concered that this was gonna be done right. He put all my concerns to rest. My 5 day quote was commleted in 4 ! \r Upon picking up, I took a look at my vehicle and it looks EXCELLENT ! I couldn't even tell it had been in an accident. I was very happy with the whole process and ending product. I must thank the whole staff at Da-Les Body shop. You guys did a terrific job on my brand new vehicle. \r \r I will recommend your body shop and hopefully I won't get hit again. But, If I do I know where to go. more

Da-Les help me with the other party's insurnace company. The customer service is excellent. The overall workmanship was perfect. They even did some buffing out of scratches as a courtesy. They even vacummed the inside, that was a nice plus. Thank you Da-Les for helping me through this horrific ordeal. I know if I ever get into another fender bender. I know where to take my vehicle. more

After checking them out on the internet I was thought I would try Da Les. From the moment of the estimate to the finish product of my Acura MDX. It was professional with excellent finish car repairs. My car came back to me looking like it just came off a dealeship lot. I was very inpressed ! \r \r I hope I never get into another accident again. But. if I do I know where I'm going to DA LES BODY SHOP ! \r I recommend da les if you have some repairs. They take care of their customers, going the extra mile on customer serivce. more

I would also like to mention I forgot my glasses in the car, I came back with half an hour. Mike walked me over to the vehicle and it was already being worked on ! Wow now that some production line. I got a detiled estimate from Daniel. He is very patient, he went over the estimate line by line with me. He gave me a tour of the shop. I even seen other BMW being worked on in the shop. I was sold and schedule in for the repairs. \r My estimator Daniel is awesome he went the extra mile to answer all my question. My update on the repairs where given as I request. I never had to call the shop. He even sent me pictures of the repairs being done via email. \r Upon picking up my vehicle I brought a friend to get a second opinion on the repairs. My vehicle was my car was perfect. The color match was outstanding.. I had no complaint. They even offered my to come back after 45 days to get a wax and wash for free. I will be there ! \r I have never had such a good experience with a repairs shop. Thanks Da Les I really appreciate the great customer service and how good my repairs where done on my car.
