**As soon as you see this body shop is not like most shops. The receptionist is polite and helpful. The estimatore (Mike) was Honest not pushy like most places. The office has awards from SUNNYVALE TOYOTA, SUNNYVALE ACURA, LARRY HOPKINS HONDA, SUNNYVALE FORD. This place has been in business for 35 years..... !!! OUTSTANDING !!!! I can see why I seen such good reviews on this place. They have 4 walls of display of happy customer reviews. I can tell you I will refer my Co-workers and friends and family here. more

I was referred by my insurance company Farmers !! And so happy i was. This place is AMAZING !! From the moment I called and spoke with the nice young lady on the phone, she was very sympathetic and help. She set up my vehicle to get towed to the shop and nothing came out of my pocket. Set up my Enterpise rental pick up. They came down to the body shop within minutes of my arrival. I have never seen a Body shop/mechanical shop so organized and Talk about CUSTOMER SERIVCE....They are so nice. The estimator Manny explained every thing to me. He went the extra mile just to talk about the repairs of my vehicle. Thank you Manny, for that excellent customer service. Your attention to detail and going that extra mile made the biggest impression in my review on Da-Les Auto Body. I will refer my family and friend to Da-les !! Also I will say that Larry Hopkins Honda also gave us your recommendation to your shop. If anyone needs a Body shop I won't hesitate to go here they are highly more

I was referred by Sunnyvale Toyota and had Farmers Insurance. Farmers said this is one of there BEST body shops in the valley. Upon calling the courteous receptionist handled my every question. She was very sympathetic to my accident and concerns. She even handled my towing of my vehicle and set up my Enterpise pick up. Wow, I was very impressed on her follow through. And then even called my back to insure i was taken car of by Enterpise. My estimator Daniel was very supportive to my concerns of the damage to my vehicle. I found Da-Les to consistently complete work on my car in satisfactory manner and within their estimate of the total coast. In fact, when my dealership recommends body work, I find in pays in a big way for me to take my car to Da-Les for a second opinion. Sometimes, Da-les says the work is not really necessary and when it is required, Da-les gives me a lower price. With the cost of living in Santa Clara County, it is comforting to find a body shop I can trust. more
