I was referred by my insurance company Farmers !! And so happy i was. This place is AMAZING !! From the moment I called and spoke with the nice young lady on the phone, she was very sympathetic and help. She set up my vehicle to get towed to the shop and nothing came out of my pocket. Set up my Enterpise rental pick up. They came down to the body shop within minutes of my arrival. I have never seen a Body shop/mechanical shop so organized and Talk about CUSTOMER SERIVCE....They are so nice. The estimator Manny explained every thing to me. He went the extra mile just to talk about the repairs of my vehicle. Thank you Manny, for that excellent customer service. Your attention to detail and going that extra mile made the biggest impression in my review on Da-Les Auto Body. I will refer my family and friend to Da-les !! Also I will say that Larry Hopkins Honda also gave us your recommendation to your shop. If anyone needs a Body shop I won't hesitate to go here they are highly
