THIS PLACE HANDLES IT ALL !! I can tell you this place it top notch in my book. From begining to end of my repairs the CUSTOMER SERVICE was EXCELLENT ! I was referred by Sunnyvale Toyota and had Farmers Insurance. Farmers said this is one of there BEST body shops in the valley. Upon calling the courteous receptionist handled my every question. She was very sympathetic to my accident and concerns. She even handled my towing of my vehicle and set up my Enterpise pick up. Wow, I was very impressed on her follow through. And then even called my back to insure i was taken car of by Enterpise. My estimator Daniel was very supportive to my concerns of the damage to my vehicle. He took the time to explain what was going to happen to my vehicle in simple terms that i could understand. Talk about GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE !!
He gave my update on the repairs status of my vehicle on time and was encouraging to assure I would be well taken care of. Upon picking up the vehicle. The office looks extrodinary not like a body shop or mechanical office would. Huge, Clean, inviting and relaxing. The office pick up of my vehicle it so efficient. I even got to leave my rental vehicle there at the body shop. With no hazzle from the rental agency. Now that was convenient that i didn't have to go and drop it off. THANKS DA-LES ....Daniel, Lisa, etc... you guys made a bad experience of an car accident and turn it into one that I know i have someone who has my back if i need them. !! : )
