I purchased a 2013 CRV back in June and at the time I was pleaded with to give all 5's on the initial survey despite some major issues in completing financial paperwork. I dealt with a totally untrained individual and in the long term had to complete paperwork 3 times. They ignore my Customer Concern if I could redo survey Financing through Crown Honda,which was a total nightmare for me, I would give this part a definite 1 and a learning experience for me. more

We bought our Odyssey a little over a year ago from Crown Honda and have been very pleased with it. It's everything you could possibly want in a vehicle. My husband is very happy with the good job they recently on the inspection and service. more

Recently brought in my 2010 CR-V again and it was like a homecoming, everyone on a first name basis. Larry Neal and his staff always go out of their way to be certain that each customer leaves TOTALLY satisfied. Been doing business with Crown for many years and not only buy Hondas cause we like them but because of their awesome service department. Many thanks for great service to Blaine, David, Jeff and Brad for making us feel like family. And can't forget Frank and Herman for their shuttle service. Thanks!! more

I took my car in for the 90,000 mile check up on Friday. Chris was waiting for me when I arrived, took my information and gave me a time frame and estimate quickly. My car was ready before the hour quoted and the final bill was less than the estimated bill. So I was happy on all counts! The service at Crown Honda is A-1 to me! more

I visited Crown Honda on a Saturday 6/3/2012

I visited Crown Honda on a Saturday without an appointment. In less than five minutes, an agent spoke with me and took my car back for service. I needed an extensive service and they estimated the time at 3 hours. They beat that by 30 minutes. In the meantime, I made use of their nice waiting room to get some work done. Overall, it was a good experience. more

Crown Honda of Greensboro 3/10/2012

I have bought several cars from this dealership. I am always very satisfied with the customer service and definitely the product. (I only buy Hondas). I walked into this dealership about 8:15pm the other night (I thought they were open til 9pm but they actually closed at 8pm) and walked out with a new car a little after 10pm. I also love the fact that their hours of operation for their service department are extremely convenient. more

We bought a 2011 CRV from Crown Honda of Greensboro a few weeks ago. Everyone there was easy to get a long with. My son has an older Honda. I'll be sure to send him there for service needs and if he decides to get a new car. more

A Customer for Life! 1/2/2011

I walked onto the lot of Crown Honda with my daughter, aka, moral support agent! We had just looked at two vehicles when Alan De Reyes walked outside to greet us. I haven't bought a new car since 1978 - what was I waiting for....! He not only took the time to get to know me, but had the car I didn't know I was looking for right on the lot! He gave me time to drive, get comfortable, go home and pray and bring back more family. Alan went over all the details inside and out - you can imagine my joy learning about all the new features since 1978!!! I am a school teacher here in Guilford County and will recommend all of my family and friends to Crown Honda and Alan De Reyes! I am delighted with my new 2010 Honda Civic!!! more

Great Customer Service 7/2/2010

My experience with Crown Honda's Pre-0wned Vehicles was terrific. Alan De Reyes found the exact car we were looking for. Dealing with him, I always felt that I was being treated fairly and felt that I got a good deal on the car I purchased. This is the second car I have bought from Alan and Crown, and I would not hesitate to recommend them to friends and relatives. Pros: Fair deals more
