I purchased a 2013 CRV back in June and at the time I was pleaded with to give all 5's on the initial survey despite some major issues in completing financial paperwork. I dealt with a totally untrained individual and in the long term had to complete paperwork 3 times. They ignore my Customer Concern if I could redo survey Financing through Crown Honda,which was a total nightmare for me, I would give this part a definite 1 and a learning experience for me.
