I just wanted to thank Elmer and Ramon on what a terrific job they did at my home today. Very professional and helped me understand the process. I had two carpets that were in bad shape and I wasn't sure if they could be cleaned. Elmer showed me the sample test area and I was amazed. In the end, I had two totally formed rooms because the carpet looked so good. more

When my best friend mentioned this carpet cleaning company, at my birthday dinner, as unbelievable and knowing her peaked my interest. Then I received a referral card in the mail. Now that is taking action! I called and one hour before arrival I received a wake up call early Saturday morning! When Miguel and Jose arrived 15 minutes early they called again before ringing the door bell. The introduction to the service, and communication skills of Miguel made for a very enjoyable customer experience. He demonstrated on the very spot that I thought would be the deal breaker! His patience showing me the company materials and technique which allowed me to walk on the carpet as soon as it was completed. He took no credit for Jose excellent work on renewing my stairs which I was desperate about getting cleaned! Then he gave me these cards to fill out before he finished and I though oh goodness until I saw the spot he cleaned. This made the referral easier since I got on the phone and called some of my neighbors where one needed the service and a quote right away. I had more names for Miguel since I called another friend after filling out all that he gave me. After completing the service and paying, I was happy to introduce Miguel and Jose to my neighbors who after getting an on the spot estimate agreed to having the service done in a few days! They just took my word and my friend who they also knew to be very particular! As president of our HOA, I will continue to refer this service to our homeowners so that all of our homes will have lovely carpet. I am throughly impressed by the carpet and upholstery cleaning job done by Carpet Drycleaners. My carpet was a mess. There were pet stains and odors as well as a horrible stain made by a bottle of syrup poured onto the carpet by my grandson. Miguel Polo did a great job explaining the cleaning process and a wonderful job cleaning the carpet.The professional cleaners at Carpet Dryclean not only got the stains out, but also left my carpet and upholstery smelling clean and fresh. Not only did they clean the carpet, but I was also given advice on how to keep my carpet fresh between cleanings. I have used Carpet Drycleaners before, and I will definitely use them again. Came home last night to a huge mess - sick dog. Called at 10:00pm to leave a message for this morning and someone picked up! He said they'd figure out a way to get to my house today and they did! \r At 7:45am I had a call and a 9am appointment time. They saved my carpet and my sanity! I called Carpet Cleaning on 12/11 AM to come out for an estimate, before i knew it they gave mea great rate and my carpet looks like it was just installed in the house. Carpet Dryclean's method of cleaning my carpet has proved so much better than the wet methods I've tried. My carpet looks and feels great, and it stays that way much longer. I take our cat to the groomer while the carpet is being cleaned, and both are in great shape by evening! Both the cat and the carpet are over 12 years old, so we think we have a winning combination here. The Drycleaning is somewhat more expensive than the standard method, but the deep-cleaning results are worth it. I had my carpet cleaned last week due to some pet issues and wanted to have it done immediately and without drying or toxic chemicals being used. I googled the search and up came Carpet DryClean. I called them and they could fit me in that day. They sent me Joe and another cleaner (can't remember his name) and they were awesome. They were professional and thorough. The best part was my carpet looked brand new after they finished. I highly recommend these carpet cleaners, especially if you have pets! Thanks Victor and your team for just like new carpets! As a first time Carpet Dryclean customer I have to admit I was a bit skeptical about using the dry extraction technique to clean our fairly soiled and stained carpets, but after Victor decided to use our worst stained area (magic marker ink) as the demonstration area I immediately felt more confident. The stains were removed with relative ease compared to the previous attempts I had made myself. The rest of our stains were removed as well and the carpets looked great. Even better was the fact that I called about mid-morning and already had Victor and his team at our home by early afternoon the same day which I had not expected. The service, as others point out, is a bit pricey versus alternatives but for the quality of the job Carpet Dryclean did, and for the promise to come back if we notice any lingering stains, it was well worth the investment. We have old carpet and have been deliberating whether to try to clean it or to replace it. With tight economic times, we decided to try to get it cleaned one more time. Carpet Dryclean sent their technician on Saturday. After a quick evaluation, he was upfront in what he felt his service would be able to do and not do. He also explained the safety of the cleaning product and the way it worked, which was interesting and reassuring (especially since we have a small dog and a two-year-old granddaughter running around the house). We still have old carpet, but Carpet Dryclean has certainly bought us some more time. We're very pleased.
