Thanks Victor and your team for just like new carpets! As a first time Carpet Dryclean customer I have to admit I was a bit skeptical about using the dry extraction technique to clean our fairly soiled and stained carpets, but after Victor decided to use our worst stained area (magic marker ink) as the demonstration area I immediately felt more confident. The stains were removed with relative ease compared to the previous attempts I had made myself. The rest of our stains were removed as well and the carpets looked great. Even better was the fact that I called about mid-morning and already had Victor and his team at our home by early afternoon the same day which I had not expected. The service, as others point out, is a bit pricey versus alternatives but for the quality of the job Carpet Dryclean did, and for the promise to come back if we notice any lingering stains, it was well worth the investment. We'll see you again next year. Thanks!
